Pillsbury Commons Application Received
The Community Development Department received an application for a 70-unit apartment complex (Pillsbury Commons) on February 21, 2012. Application materials are available to view on the Planning & Zoning News page.

 

Go Green
DEX is offering residents and businesses the option to change your preferences, the number of books you receive or stop delivey of their phone book directories. To take advantage, CLICK HERE or call 1-866-606-9339. You have until February 20th.

Metro Paint-A-Thon
Seniors and people with physical disabilities can apply to have their home painted by a volunteer team at no cost to the homeowner.  Income limits apply.  For an application or for more information, contact Molly Chandler at mchandler@gmcc.org or 612/276-1579. Applications are due May 4, 2012.

Home Improvement Loans
A Community Fix-Up Fund Loan is now available at an interest rate of 3%. Loans of up to $35,000 are available to Richfield residents wanting to make improvements to their home.  Contact the Housing Resource Center at 612/722-7141 for more information.

Adopt/ Report A Hydrant
We have forms up on the FIRE page where you can adopt a fire hydrant, and also report a hydrant in need of clearing if you are not able to do so yourself. To fill out a form, CLICK HERE!
